Responsibilities:
Ø Retain the company's customers
Ø Assist sales staff in quotations, contracts, shipping, invoicing, collections, customer complaints handling, etc.
Ø Perform website maintenance
Ø Carry out web promotion and updating
Ø Prepare various kinds of reports
Ø Other temporary tasks assigned by company leaders
Qualifications

Ø Carry out customer retention, customer visits, customer complaints handling
Ø Give feedback on market and industry information

Ø Carry out quotations, orders, reminders, customer complaints handling

Ø Develop and update safety stock

Ø Operate laboratory equipment and carry out daily product testing for the company
